Our Bali silver beads and silver jewelry are manufactured from solid sterling silver. We do not use silver plating. Our Balinese artisans produce all their work by hand. 

Pure silver is relatively soft, very malleable and easily damaged. For these reasons, it is usually combined with other metals to become more durable. We combine pure silver with copper, which lends strength without changing silver jewelry's color. This combination, which usually consists of a 92.5 percent silver and 7.25 percent copper ratio, is most commonly referred to as 925 sterling silver.

Please understand also that different computer monitors display the product images differently with regard to color and brightness.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum quantity order, you may buy only 1 piece/pairs per item number. 

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we require a minimum order amount of $250 per shipment.

Registered International Parcel Service : Delivery time is about 2-6 weeks to reach destination depends on buyer’s location.
EMS : Delivery time is 1-2 weeks to USA and Europe.
The delivery time is not include the custom clearance process

We will provide the proof of posting or the relevant courier's airway bill and documentations.

SSS SILVER is not responsible for any loss during transportation and any delay caused by destination customs clearance processes. You are responsible for any applicable duty costs .

Your money will not be refunded in case of lost shipment done by shipping courier and late delivery because of custom clearance processes. We recommend you to take shipping insurance on every shipment.

SILVER MAINTENANCE

Salt water, chlorine in swimming pool, soap and perspiration can easily ruin the beauty of the silver jewelry. Therefore, maintaining your beautiful silver jewelry is very important. It is best if you, periodically, clean and polish you silver jewelry using silver polish or polishing cloth made for silver jewelry. It has a dry chemical inside of the cloth to remove tarnish that gets on the jewelry.

RETURN POLICY

Our silver jewelry is all handcrafted and we guarantee the quality of our workmanship. As all handmade items, there may be very modest variations among the pieces within each style in appearance, size, weight, and degree of antiquing and oxidation. We cannot guarantee that each item will identical with another item which bears the same catalogue number.

We will accept any defective piece of our jewelry. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs no longer than 7 days upon received date. Items that have been damaged as a result of mistreatment or wear and tear will not be considered to be defective. You may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received date.  All returned merchandise must be unused and in a new condition with all original tags and original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

We will replace any items found to be faulty or damaged with similar items or choose another item that is of the same purchase price.
